Speaking of kale, the cook on the boat made this AMAZING raw kale. Basically is was just kale with a dressing of: soy, balsamic, tahini, honey, apple cider vinegar, and shit tons of minced raw garlic, to taste. It's delicious. And it will clear up your sinuses.
